We started with a simple idea: To share the beauty and tradition of Chinese matcha with the world.

At XianJi, every leaf matters. We carefully choose our cultivars, study the land, and nurture the fields with patience. From cultivation to steaming, from processing to the final fine-ground matcha, each step is carried out with respect — for the earth, for the craft, and for the people who will one day savor it.
